Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using any ThinkRich Naija platform — including our website, mobile app, or quiz system — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ThinkRich Naija ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ThinkRich Naija website, mobile application (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store), web quiz platform, and all related services (collectively, "Services").

By creating an account, downloading the app, participating in any quiz, or simply browsing our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ThinkRich Naija is a knowledge-based entertainment brand offering multiple quiz show formats and a digital gaming platform. Our Services include:

• TV Quiz Show: A nationally broadcast quiz competition where contestants compete for cash prizes up to ₦2,000,000.
• Street Quiz: An outdoor quiz experience where we engage everyday Nigerians in spontaneous knowledge challenges.
• Schools Quiz Show: A dedicated quiz competition for secondary and tertiary students across Nigeria.
• Mobile Quiz Show: A digital quiz application (available on Android and iOS) allowing users to participate from their smartphones and earn real cash rewards.
• Big Story Podcast: An audio content series featuring interviews, discussions, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Leaderboard & Reward System: A points-based ranking system tied to in-app activity and contest performance, with monthly and annual cash rewards.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

The ThinkRich Naija mobile application ("App") is available for download on:

• Google Play Store (Android devices running Android 6.0 and above)
• Apple App Store (iPhone and iPad devices running iOS 14.0 and above)

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you also agree to the terms of service of Apple Inc. or Google LLC (as applicable), which govern your use of the respective app stores. These Terms supplement — but do not replace — those platform terms.

App updates: We may release updates to the App from time to time. Certain features may require you to have the latest version installed. We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions of the App.

Device requirements: You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, operating system, and internet connection sufficient to use the App. ThinkRich Naija is not responsible for failures caused by device incompatibility or poor network conditions.

Push notifications: The App may send you push notifications relating to quiz reminders, leaderboard updates, reward alerts, and announcements. You may manage or disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

To use our Services and participate in ThinkRich Naija contests, you must:

• Be a Nigerian citizen or legally resident in Nigeria at the time of participation.
• Be at least 16 years of age. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of ThinkRich Naija or any of its affiliated partners.
• Not have been previously disqualified or banned from our Services.

Important: Providing false information to gain entry, win prizes, or obtain any benefit constitutes fraud and may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and potential legal action.

Some features of our Services require you to create an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and never share them with others.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at info@thinkrichnaija.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Maintain only one active account — multiple accounts per person are prohibited.
• Not use another person's account without their explicit permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are associated with fraudulent activity, or have been inactive for an extended period. See Section 13 for information on voluntary account deletion.

The ThinkRich Naija mobile quiz is an individual high-stakes elimination quiz experience — not a multiplayer battle. The rules are as follows:

• Each quiz session consists of a set number of questions (typically up to 15 levels), each increasing in difficulty.
• Elimination rule: If you answer any question incorrectly, the quiz ends immediately and you lose any prize money not yet secured.
• Securing winnings: From Question 5 onwards, each level you reach secures the prize for that level. If you fail after reaching a secured level, you keep your most recently secured prize.
• All answers must be given by you personally within the time limit shown on screen. Use of external aids, automated tools, or third-party assistance during the quiz is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate disqualification.
• ThinkRich Naija reserves the right to modify question sets, prize amounts, difficulty levels, and quiz mechanics at any time. Changes will be communicated through the App.
• All scoring and prize determinations are made by our backend systems and are final. No external verification or manual override is available.

The above prize amounts are illustrative of current App quiz sessions. TV show prize amounts differ — see Section 10.

The ThinkRich Naija App includes an in-app wallet system for managing your quiz winnings. The following rules apply:

• Wallet balance: Your wallet balance is controlled and maintained exclusively by our backend system. No client-side adjustments are valid. Any apparent discrepancy must be reported to our support team.
• Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your eligible balance to a verified Nigerian bank account. Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 business days, subject to identity verification.
• Minimum withdrawal: A minimum threshold applies to withdrawals. The current minimum will be displayed within the App.
• Verification: All withdrawals require identity verification. We reserve the right to withhold disbursement pending verification of account ownership and prize eligibility.
• Payment providers: All payment transactions are processed through licensed payment gateways (Paystack, Flutterwave). Card details are never stored by ThinkRich Naija.
• Transaction records: All transactions are logged and may be audited. You can view your transaction history within the App.
• Tax: You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings received. ThinkRich Naija does not withhold taxes on your behalf.

Warning: Never share your wallet credentials or bank account details with anyone claiming to represent ThinkRich Naija via unofficial channels. We will never ask for your PIN or password.

ThinkRich Naija offers cash prizes and rewards across its show formats and the mobile app. The following conditions apply to all prize and reward redemptions:

• App quiz prizes: Prizes are awarded per the quiz ladder described in Section 6 above. Prizes are credited to your in-app wallet upon successful completion of a quiz session.
• TV show prizes: The maximum prize on the TV Quiz Show is ₦2,000,000. TV show prize values are fixed per episode and are disclosed before recording. Contestants may choose to stop at any question level and collect their secured prize.
• Monthly leaderboard prizes: ₦300,000 (1st place) and ₦200,000 (2nd place) are awarded to the two highest-ranked eligible users at the end of each calendar month.
• Annual leaderboard prizes: The top two users on the annual leaderboard receive special rewards announced at year-end.
• Points-based rewards: In-app points have no independent cash value but contribute to leaderboard ranking and may qualify you for reward events.
• Prize forfeiture: Prizes may be forfeited if you are found to have violated these Terms, used cheating tools, or provided false identity information.
• Payment timeline: Prize payments are processed within 30 working days of verification and winner confirmation, to verified Nigerian bank accounts only.

The ThinkRich Naija points and leaderboard system works as follows:

How points are earned:

• Referrals: You earn points when users you refer sign up and become active on the platform.
• Playing quizzes: Points are awarded for each quiz session you participate in.
• Winning prizes: Additional points are awarded based on the prize value you secure in a quiz session.
• Daily streaks: Consistent use of the App earns bonus points — specifically when you maintain a 7-day or 10-day consecutive usage streak.

Leaderboard rules:

• Leaderboard rankings reset monthly. Your cumulative points are also tracked for the annual leaderboard.
• Only users with verified accounts are eligible for leaderboard prizes.
• Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except through official prize redemption channels.
• ThinkRich Naija reserves the right to adjust, reset, or recalculate points if system errors or fraudulent activity are detected.

Participation in ThinkRich Naija TV shows is subject to the following additional rules:

• Application: All TV show applications must be submitted through official channels (website or app). Applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of our production team.
• Support person: On the physical TV quiz show, contestants may bring one person with them to provide support during the competition.
• Selection: Contestants selected for TV appearances will be notified directly. Selection does not guarantee airtime or prize eligibility.
• Decision finality: All decisions by show producers, hosts, and judges regarding question answers, score tallies, and winner determinations are final and binding.
• Conduct: Contestants must behave professionally and respectfully at all times. Abusive, offensive, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal.
• Media release: By participating, contestants consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded, and grant ThinkRich Naija the right to use such content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Cheat, manipulate scores, or gain an unfair advantage through bots, scripts, automation, or any other means.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your identity or affiliation.
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or test the vulnerability of our systems or circumvent any security measures.
• Harvest or collect user data without consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services.
• Use the App on rooted (Android) or jailbroken (iOS) devices in ways that compromise platform security.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

All content on the ThinkRich Naija platforms — including our name, logo, show titles, question databases, video content, graphics, App interface, software, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ThinkRich Naija and is protected by Nigerian copyright law and applicable international treaties.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our content without express written permission. Any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Your limited license to use our Services does not grant you any ownership rights. All goodwill derived from use of our marks inures solely to ThinkRich Naija.

You have the right to delete your ThinkRich Naija account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Before deleting your account, please be aware:

• Wallet balance: Any outstanding wallet balance must be withdrawn to your registered bank account before deletion. Balances remaining in a deleted account are forfeited after 30 days from the deletion request date.
• Points & rankings: Your accumulated points, leaderboard history, and achievements will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
• Active quiz sessions: Any ongoing quiz sessions will be terminated. Prizes from sessions already completed and credited to your wallet will be processed as normal before deletion is finalised.
• Content & data: Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed from active systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained for legal or financial compliance purposes for the period required by law.

How to delete your account:

1. Open the ThinkRich Naija App.
2. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts. You will be asked to confirm your decision.
4. Your account will be scheduled for deletion. You have 14 days to cancel the request before deletion is permanent.

Alternatively, you may request account deletion by emailing info@thinkrichnaija.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our Services — including the mobile App. This covers data collected automatically by the App (device identifiers, usage data, push notification tokens) and data you provide directly.

We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkRich Naija disclaims all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Mobile app availability may be affected by factors outside our control, including device compatibility, operating system updates, or App Store policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ThinkRich Naija shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount of verified prize winnings credited to your wallet in the three months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any conduct that we believe: (a) violates these Terms; (b) is harmful to other users, us, or third parties; or (c) is required by law. Upon termination, prize payments already earned and verified will still be processed.

You may also voluntarily terminate your account at any time — see Section 13 above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
